Nexxoz Corp, a branding, web development, marketing and video production studio operating in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us. For any matter related to this notice, write to us at contacto@nexxozcorp.com.
What data we collect
Through our form, WhatsApp, phone or email we receive identification and contact data: your name, company or venture and what it does, country, phone number and, if you share it, your email address, plus a description of your project. We don’t ask for sensitive personal data.
When we enable analytics and advertising tools, browsing data will also be collected, such as pages visited, device type and cookie identifiers.
How we use your data
Purposes needed to handle your request:
- Responding to your request and understanding your project.
- Contacting you by phone, text message (SMS), WhatsApp or email about your request.
- Preparing proposals and quotes, and following up on the conversation.
Additional purposes, not needed to serve you:
- Sending you information about our services.
- Measuring how the site is used to improve it.
- Showing you Nexxoz ads on social media and other sites (remarketing).
You can opt out of the additional purposes at any time by writing to contacto@nexxozcorp.com. Opting out doesn’t affect how we handle your request.
Calls, texts and WhatsApp
By checking the authorization box on our form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message, or ask us through any channel, to stop receiving messages. The form’s final button opens a conversation with our business number +52 656 704 1289; you confirm sending the message in WhatsApp.
Cookies and advertising
We may use Google Analytics to measure the site and the Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and show ads to people who visited the site. These tools are only enabled with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through your browser or by writing to us.
Who we share your data with
We only share data with the providers we need to operate: Hostinger (website and database hosting), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and, with your consent, the Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics, with your consent). Each provider also applies its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t become a project are kept for up to six months after our last communication and are then deleted. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our business relationship and as long as our legal and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@nexxozcorp.com, attention Víctor Sandoval, with your name, how you’d like to receive our answer, a clear description of your request and, if needed, a document that verifies your identity. We respond within 20 business days.
If you live in the United States
We do not sell your personal data. Using the Meta Pixel to show ads may be considered targeted advertising; you can ask us not to use your data for that purpose. You can also request to know what data we hold, correct it or delete it at the same email address. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Changes to this notice
We’ll publish any changes to this notice on this page, with their effective date.
